3 Dimensional Micro Porous(Spark Blocking)

  1. As using the foam technology for the first time in Asia, ShinChang Tech has developed a filter media containing the 3Dimensional micro pore. 3Dimensional micro porous filter technology is to form a 3 Dimensional innumerable micro pore (average diameter under 14㎛) by frothing a various water- soluble resin & coating on a woven or a non-woven fabric. SCT foam is an innovative product, which maximizes the filter efficiency because the 3Dimensional micro porous layer prevents fine dusts from penetrating into media.

  2. Furthermore, the existing woven fabric for reverse use is easy to get leak where two tilts cross. However, in case of the SCT Reverse, foam layer prevents this leak and protects the media from the spark by isolating its heat to the media.
